From plan design and enrollment determination to benefits statements for employees, you are allowed to maintain detailed information on an unlimited number of benefit plans and coverage levels for each employee and we automate the processes involved in determining eligibility, calculating premiums and appropriate payroll deductions. The benefits administration component uses the same database of information to streamline and control the many benefit packages an employer may offer to employees. It provides the ability to display the value of benefits to an employee through the benefits statement and it assists in controlling a significant cost in the overall budget for your organization. Payroll Management This component is a seamless integration with Human Resources Management and Benefits Administration, eliminating the need to maintain duplicate information. Full payroll services includes timely depositing of payroll taxes, filing all required reports and providing W-2 and year end processing as part of the total package. Key features of this component:
This component is focused on the primary tasks of calculating pay, creating paychecks or advices, producing payroll registers and preparing federal, state and local tax reports. Third Party Partners We are pleased to have relationships with the following partners that enhance our product offering to our clients: Vista EasyAsk is an ad-hoc report writer available to our clients that works directly with our Vista HRMS. The purpose of the report/query tool is to allow you the user instant availability to your information, thus allowing instant results to be used to make critical decisions. The tool is designed to retrieve information from the Vista Database and is dependent on the user’s security access. This is a very simple tool but it is important to understand that the output is dependent on how the query (question) is asked. For example using the word “report” versus “list” will produce different results. An Ad Hoc query may be stated in this way: “How many employees are in each location?” Complete training is available to our clients and help screens are built into the product. Flexible Spending Accounts – We have the ability for a client to be a self administrator of a plan for medical reimbursement or child/dependent care accounts. This ability is an integrated part of the Vista system.
